Payment Terms

We work with online payment providers such as PayPal to ensure that both individuals and businesses can shop securely. The amount is only charged when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery

We usually dispatch orders on the same business day via UPS, DPD, or Deutsche Post. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Our goal is for all customers to receive their orders quickly and safely.

Delivery with DPD
With DPD, you can choose between:

• Home delivery (delivery within 3–4 business days)
• Pickup point collection (delivery within 3–4 business days)

Delivery with UPS
UPS home delivery is a premium service with delivery within 1–2 business days for orders placed before 2:00 p.m.

Delivery with Deutsche Post
Shipments via Deutsche Post are delivered to your home within 2–4 business days. In Ireland, the final delivery is handled by An Post, directly to your mailbox or door.

We reserve the right to extend delivery times in certain cases (such as stock shortages, peak periods, or exceptional circumstances). We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to return unused products.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please return the products to the address below. The return shipping cost is at your expense.

Returns must be sent directly to the mailbox of the address provided – please do not use a pickup point or locker.
Make sure to include your order number on the package.
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email sent to the address you provided when placing your order.

Complaints

You can make a complaint if the product is defective upon receipt.
Please send us a photo along with a description of the issue. We are only responsible for manufacturing defects that were present at the time of delivery.

In case of a defect, we will send you a new product free of charge.

The right to file a complaint is valid for 3 years.
