Returns
If you change your mind and wish to return one or more items, you must send them back to us no later than 14 days after receiving your order. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.
We only accept unused products.
The returned products must be unused and sent back together with the original packaging. For returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
For hygiene reasons, products such as compression socks, insoles, hallux valgus supports, and manicure products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If returning one of these products, the packaging must be unopened and the product completely unused.
When trying other products, please use clean socks and stand on a clean surface.
How to make a return:

Print the withdrawal form

Fill out the form carefully and state the reason for your return

Place the product and the form in a package

Send the package to us (you pay for the postage)
We will credit your invoice or refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the returned product. This is usually done within five days from the date we receive your return.
Note: If you do not have access to a printer, you can write the same information by hand on a note and include it in the package.

What happens if I don’t follow the steps above?
We have clearly outlined the return instructions above for your convenience. To ensure that your return is handled smoothly and that you receive your refund quickly, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions carefully.
If you do not follow the steps specified above, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return.
If we receive an incomplete return, we will resend the package to you without a refund. Thank you for your understanding!
How can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email we sent to you when you placed your order.
How can I find the product names?
All products and product names are listed in the order confirmation email you received when placing your order.
Can you send me a return label?
If the order value is above 60€ we will send a return label to you. Please contact us via email and state your ordernumber in the mail.
Is the 14-day return policy valid?
Yes! We comply with the Distance Selling Act and always offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns sent back to us later than 14 days after receipt of your goods.
Is an uncollected package considered a return?
No, it is not considered a return. If your package is sent back to us from a pickup point (for example, a postal agent or shop) because it was not collected, it does not count as a return.
For packages returned to us as unclaimed, we will charge a €20 fee to cover shipping, return shipping, administration and handling. If the value of the goods is less than €20, we will instead charge the full amount of the order.
