Product description

1 elbow support designed to provide warmth, stability and comfortable compression around the elbow joint. The ergonomic fit makes the support suitable for repetitive wrist and forearm movements, for example during sports or computer work.
The design

Use
Place the support approximately 5 cm below the elbow on the outside or inside of the forearm. Adjust the buckle so that the support feels comfortable and stable. Can be used in connection with sports, work or other activities where the forearm is repeatedly loaded.

The protector can be washed at 30 degrees and should air dry before use.

The dimensions of the product should be smaller than the dimensions of your arm due to the stretchable nature of the material of the product. The product should fit snugly on your arm. It is up to you to decide how tight you want the protection to be by choosing an appropriate size. The greater the difference between arm size and product size, the tighter the protection fits. If you are unsure, a difference of 2-3 cm is normal.

Example: You have measured dimensions on the upper arm of 26 cm, and the forearm of 24 cm, then you should choose a product that has about 2-3 cm smaller dimensions, ie Large (L) in this example (which has dimensions of 24 cm and 21 cm respectively).
