Assortment and prices:

At nordicfoot.com you will find a wide range of foot care products. We reserve the right to adjust the prices on the website. This can happen, for example, in the case of significantly increased supplier prices, in the case of temporary campaigns or other similar circumstances.

Payment terms:

We cooperate with the payment provider Klarna, which means that private individuals and companies can pay by invoice, bank transfer, installment payment, debit card or credit card. When you put your goods in the shopping basket and click on the "Pay" button, you will be forwarded to our payment page. Payment is secure, and you can easily choose which payment method you want to use after you have placed your order with us.

- If you have chosen to pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent via Klarna, to the same e-mail address that you stated in your order.

Delivery terms:

We usually send your order with Postnord the same weekday as the order is received by us. Our goal is for all customers to have their products within 1-2 business days from the date of order. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time in certain circumstances, such as stock balance errors, depending on the season, due to an abnormally large amount of orders or other external circumstances over which we have no control. We can not take responsibility for delays with the forwarder.

Delivery to mailbox or delivery point

Usually, your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox. If the package is too large to fit in the mailbox, Postnord will instead inform you that you can pick up the package at your nearest delivery point. When you pick up your package, you must bring your ID. If you are going to pick up a package on behalf of someone else, you also need to show their ID. Returns and exchanges

For unused products, a 14-day right of return and exchange always applies. In the event of a change, we are responsible for the shipping cost and you can read more about the changes here. If you wish to make a repurchase or return and get your payment back, you are responsible for the return's postage costs on your own. You can read more about how to make a return here. We apply the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises and follow the law to the letter.

For hygiene reasons, products such as support stockings, inserts, hallux valgus, foot files and manicure products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. When returning such a product, the packaging must be unbroken and the product completely unused. Right of exchange in case of incorrect size does not apply if the product has been tested.

Complaints

You can complain about an item if you can prove that the product was broken already when you received the item, for example by photographing the item and sending the photo together with a description of the defect to us. We are only responsible for the defect if it is original, ie the defect was already in the product when you received it. If the product is broken, we will send you a new product, free of charge.

Uncollected packages

For packages that come back to us from Postnord, due to not being requested / collected by you, we charge you SEK 200. We do this to cover our costs for shipping, return shipping, administration and handling. If the product value is lower than SEK 200, we instead charge the entire amount for uncollected packages.

At the same time as you order products from us, you agree that we may store and use the information you have provided about yourself so that we can fulfill our commitments and provide the high level of service that you as a customer can expect. Among other things, we need the information to be able to deliver the products to you, to possibly get in touch with you and to send information about our products or offers via e-mail and SMS to you.
